Leadership Consulting Process 

Tracy Laverty has been consulting with Automotive Dealerships since 2004.  She partners with the Owners along with the Leadership Team to decide the best combination of services to achieve their goals.  The benefits of doing the processes listed below results in a cohesive Vision for the dealership, Improved Communication, Increased Retention and Productivity, Increased Sales and Service Business and Improved Customer Satisfaction scores.

Leadership Team Action Planning Meetings

Executive Coaching

Employee based Process Improvement Teams

Focus Groups for Departments and/or Customers

Tracy and the Leadership Team meet once a month to discuss the dealership’s key goals and create an action plan to keep the goals moving forward for all of their departments including, Sales, Internet, Service, Parts and Body Shop. 

Tracy coaches key Managers individually using her Executive Coaching Plan, such that they can target their top three goals, work through their blocks and achieve increased sales and profitability at the dealership and improved leadership skills for their team. 

The Owners and Managers at times want to hear how the employees think a problem could be solved and select key employees to create a Process Improvement Team.  Tracy and the team work together to solve the selected issue and create solutions for the Leadership Team review.  The Owner and Managers implement the ideas that make business sense for the dealership.

Tracy conducts Focus Groups with Departments and/or Customers to truly hear the “Voice of Technicians” or the “Voice of the Customer”.  These open and honest sessions are with Tracy and the team and are strictly confidential.  Tracy compiles the notes and reviews with the Leadership Team to include in their Action Planning sessions. 

Tracy Laverty has worked with over forty GM Dealerships (Chevrolet, Buick/GMC and Cadillac) in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.
